ICoN professors carry out research into the major issues facing organisations today. The findings appear in reports, papers, articles, books and consultancy. Most importantly, our research makes our courses, workshops and seminars better and robust.
ICoN experts may be hired to study and provide recommendations on the managerial challenges that companies may experience. ICON provides executive education on negotiations, sales and relationship management. In addition, the ICON team can provide tailor-made executive training to organizations with special needs on sales, negotiation and customer relationship management.
