ICoN’s philosophy is to connect research and practice. Therefore, ICoN aims to develop relationships with diverse organizations, along different lines.

Research:

ICoN professors carry out research into the major issues facing organisations today. The findings appear in reports, papers, articles, books and consultancy. Most importantly, our research makes our courses, workshops and seminars better and robust.

Consulting:

ICoN experts may be hired to study and provide recommendations on the managerial challenges that companies may experience. Such experience is also offered to IÉSEG students (supervised by a professor), who can spend 6 months consulting for a company as their pre-graduation final project (http://www.IÉSEG.fr/en/corporate-relations/getting-involved/taking-part-into-academic-programs/consulting-projects/).

Executive Education:

ICON provides executive education on negotiations, sales and relationship management. In addition, the ICON team can provide tailor-made executive training to organizations with special needs on sales, negotiation and customer relationship management.

Case study and Teaching Innovation:

ICoN professors are interested in developing new teaching tools from their experience in the field.

Guest Lectures:

Professionals from partner companies are invited to intervene within our courses to share their professional experience with IÉSEG students.
